Product support

For account access, uploads, tank management, installation, or other product questions, email support@reefharmony.com. Include your username, the page involved, and a concise description. Never send passwords, authentication codes, or secret keys.

Safety and moderation

Use the in-product report control for content or account concerns. For a moderation appeal or a concern that cannot be reported in the app, email safety@reefharmony.com.

Privacy and data rights

Export and deletion are available in Account settings. Other privacy requests can be sent to privacy@reefharmony.com.

Copyright and other legal requests

Send copyright notices, counter-notices, subpoenas, or other formal requests to legal@reefharmony.com. Copyright notices should identify the protected work, the allegedly infringing material and its URL, your contact details, a good-faith statement, an accuracy and authority statement under penalty of perjury, and your physical or electronic signature.

Security reports

Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to security@reefharmony.com. Do not access other users' data, degrade the service, or publish a vulnerability before there has been reasonable time to investigate and remediate it.
